At age 14, Heath is one of the youngest people to do an unsupported cross country ride. Good luck ever finding him sitting around. When he's not swimming for his high school, he's practicing for his baseball team, on a rec basketball team, and then on the weekends dominates the youth triathlon division. He'll definitely be lounging in camp for hours before the rest of the crew arrives...plenty of time to get in some laps across the lake at the campground.
